Payment, Confirmation and Delivery
Paying with cryptocurrency
Ticket prices are quoted in USD. Payment is processed in cryptocurrency through CosmoPAY. After you choose an available asset and network, the invoice shows the exact crypto amount, payment address and deadline. Available assets and networks can change, so use only the combination displayed on your current invoice.
The exchange rate shown by the live invoice is fixed for 30 minutes while that invoice remains active. This invoice window is separate from the booking hold: the booking remains held for 24 hours, and an unpaid booking is cancelled when the stated payment deadline is missed.
The order is payment-confirmed only after the invoice status is verified server-side. A wallet broadcast, transaction hash or return to a success page is not enough on its own.
What you receive after verified payment
A booking-confirmation email is sent immediately after verified payment. The ticket is then delivered within 24 hours; delivery usually takes up to two hours, but two hours is a typical time rather than a guarantee.
Do not assume the final ticket will be a PDF, voucher, wristband or another specific format unless your order instructions say so. Keep the booking confirmation and contact ticket support if the 24-hour delivery deadline passes.
Name changes, transfers and refunds
Tickets are personalized. A paid correction of a typographical error is not a transfer to another person. Full owner changes, transfers, resale and voluntary refunds are not offered under the current seller terms. Review the complete refund, transfer and name-change policy before payment; organizer cancellation or a material event change is a separate situation and is not covered by that voluntary-refund rule.
