SOLD OUT means that option is not selectable in the current catalogue. It is separate from any organiser-wide status and does not promise future inventory.

The current booking flow starts a crypto checkout through CosmoPAY. The base price is quoted in USD; after you select an available asset and network, the current invoice shows the exact crypto payable, address, displayed fees and deadline.

The access hash is the private link created with your booking. Keep it confidential; it opens the page where you can review status and start an available payment.

Pending means payment is not yet confirmed, confirmed means the provider check succeeded, and failed or expired means the booking needs support before another attempt.

Unavailable hotels and rooms remain visible as SOLD OUT or unavailable. Try another listed hotel or date; the catalogue is loaded again when you retry.

After server-side payment confirmation, a booking-confirmation email is sent immediately. Tickets are usually delivered within two hours and no later than 24 hours; the final format and delivery channel follow the fulfilment instructions for the order. Contact support if the deadline passes.

The exchange rate shown by a live invoice is fixed for 30 minutes while that invoice remains active. Use the exact amount and deadline shown on the current invoice.

A newly created booking is held for 24 hours. If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the booking is cancelled.
