What can be changed?
Full name or owner change
A full owner change, transfer to another person and resale are prohibited under the current ticket conditions. Forwarding a paid invoice does not transfer the ticket.
Voluntary refund
Voluntary refunds and buyer cancellations are not offered. Read the order terms before payment and keep the booking record for any event-wide notice.
Organizer event change
An organizer cancellation or material event change is a separate situation. Follow the applicable event notice and the terms attached to your order; this page does not promise an automatic refund.
Unpaid bookings and the 24-hour hold
A newly created booking is held for 24 hours. If payment is not completed by the deadline shown in the booking record, the booking is cancelled and the allocation can return to availability. A live invoice has its own active rate window of 30 minutes, so always use the current invoice details.
Do not create repeated bookings to block inventory. If an invoice expires or a payment needs checking, contact [email protected] with the booking reference instead of opening a duplicate order.
Payment confirmation and ticket delivery
Wait for server-side verificationA wallet broadcast, transaction hash or browser redirect is not proof of payment. The booking is confirmed after the payment status is verified.
Look for the booking-confirmation emailAn email is sent after verified payment. Keep the booking reference and guest names available when you contact support.
Delivery timingTickets are usually delivered within two hours and no later than 24 hours. The final ticket format and delivery channel follow the fulfilment instructions for the order.
How to request a typo correction
Email [email protected] from the address used for the order. Include the booking reference, the guest whose name needs correction and the exact spelling requested. Support will explain the applicable paid-correction step.
